Outcome Capital Announces APTCO Acquisition of Routehappy – Funding by PNC

Outcome Capital is pleased to announce that ATPCO, the industry-standard data platform for airline industry pricing and shopping data, has acquired Routehappy, the airline industry’s leading rich content provider for flight shopping. The acquisition enhances ATPCO’s distribution ecosystem by making their centralized platform an outlet for airfare data and rich quality content. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Outcome Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor to ATPCO for the acquisition of Routehappy. Outcome Capital also acted as placement agent for ATPCO in the arrangement of a  credit facility with PNC.
